I’m originally from Poland, where I graduated from the Academy of Physiotherapy in Wroclaw. I have worked as both a physiotherapist and massage therapist in hospitals across Poland, helping a diverse range of patients.
 

In 2011, I moved to Ireland and began working as a care assistant with one of Ireland's largest home help services. This experience allowed me to work with clients across various age groups, broadening my skills in adapting treatments to suit different needs and improving my understanding of individual care.
