FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How Should I Prepare for My Massage?
Preparing for a massage doesn’t require any special steps, but a few simple tips can enhance your experience and maximize the benefits:
-
Take a Warm Bath or Shower.
This helps relax your muscles, making it easier for the therapist to achieve optimal results. -
Avoid Heavy Meals.
Try not to eat large meals at least two hours before your session. A cup of warm herbal tea can help calm your stomach and mind before your massage. -
Create a Relaxing Atmosphere.
We provide everything needed for a high-quality massage, including a massage table, aromatherapy oils, massage oils, and relaxing music.
You’re also welcome to play your favorite tunes for a more personalized experience. -
